Don't worry you can always adjust if needed.

• Level 2 if you are a Manager who overseas one or more workers
• Level 3 if you are a Manager with two levels of workers below you
• Level 4 if three Levels (possibly CEO, VP) of Workers below you
• Level 5 if four levels of workers below you

Once you create an account you can start Adding your Workers.
This will be your Work Group within the Organization!
